England thump Afghanistan in their T20 World Cup opener [highlights]

England started their T20 World Cup campaign with a massive victory as they defeated Afghanistan by five wickets with 11 balls to spare in Perth on Saturday.
Batting first, Afghanistan collapsed to just 112 runs in 19.4 overs. No Afghan batter other than Ibrahim Zadran (32) and Usman Ghani (30) could cross the 15-run mark.
In pursuit of a meager total, England were off to a flying start but lost quick wickets in the middle. However, the scare was quick over as Liam Livingstone (29) and David Malan (18) took England home with five wickets and 11 balls in hand.
