T20 World Cup: Kohli masters India’s unbelievable chase against Pakistan

King Virat Kohli’s 53-ball 82 helps India beat Pakistan by four wickets in the high-voltage T20 World Cup encounter at the MCG on Sunday.
After faltering the chase early in the innings, Kohli and Hardik Pandya took the game to the end before Kohli gave the final touch to the 160-run chase.
Earlier, Pakistan lost both openers, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, early in the innings, but Iftikhar Ahmed’s 32-ball 50 and Shan Masood’s anchor innings propelled them to a respectable total.
The game was set for Pakistan when Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah took 3 wickets in the powerplay, followed by a run-out in 7th over. Pakistan spinners squeezed the game and kept India in check until the last overs. That was when Hardik and Kohli began to stretch their shoulders and made it possible in the end.
Kohli was picked the Man of the Match award for his heroics.
